WHAT DOES Blockstation (or the “Company”) DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION/ USER DATA? WHAT ARE YOUR OBLIGATIONS?

Additionally, Blockstation may prevent a person's identity from being connected with information.  Although it will always remain confidential to the public, once we prevent a person's identity from being connected with information, it belongs   to Blockstation. Such user data may include:

 

-User ID picture

-Private blockchain data

 

If we are unable able to identify a customer, we cannot complete transactions that require identification

 

It is the policy of Blockstation to request identification from all customers on the Blockstation PLATFORM. The information will not be used for marketing purposes if you do not wish to receive marketing messages from Blockstation.

 

 

When you are no longer a customer of Blockstation, we will continue to share your information as described in this notice.

 

We need to share certain customers' user data to run Blockstation’s everyday business. When you use the BLOCKSTATION PLATFORM or other services available through Blockstation’s website, we automatically collect information from your devices. Blockstation also reserves the right and by purchasing PRC tokens, you have authorized Blockstation to verify users data or information, as required in accordance with any U.S. or foreign anti-money laundering or similar statutes, and to cooperate with regulatory or enforcement authorities if illegal activity is suspected by a Blockstation user.

 

 

We reserve the right to request certain information and user data from you in connection with your access and use of the Blockstation Platform to comply with applicable U.S. or foreign laws, or requests from a regulator. This includes the right to request you to unlock your ID picture or other similar identifying information for any reason while using the Blockstation Platform. As a user of the Blockstation Platform, you must comply with such requests. Failure to comply with such requests will result in your account being locked and access denied.

 

Any misuse of the Blockstation Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities will result in your account being locked and access denied.

 

Public Blockchain

 

Information on any Public Blockchain belongs to Blockstation and is publicly visible.

 

Information on the Public Blockchain, once recorded, cannot be removed. Such information is immutable and permanent. 

 

Private Blockchain

 

Information on Blockstation’s Private Blockchain belongs to Blockstation and is NOT publicly visible.

 

Information on the Blockstation’s Private Blockchain, once recorded, cannot be voluntarily removed, while it may expire at a given future date.

 

Cookies

 

We use cookies – data captured by our server from your Internet browser and returned each time you subsequently access our server – to identify you and track your access to the Blockstation servers. You may elect to turn off all cookies through your browser settings and we will not be able to capture this data. If you turn cookies off, your experience with the Blockstation Platform may not be as efficient or user friendly as that of a user enabling cookies.

We take reasonable steps to protect the security of the user data shared through the Blockstation Platform.

 

Our website and Blockstation Platform are scanned regularly for security and other potential vulnerabilities to make your use of the site as secure as possible. We do not, however, assume any responsibility for the data you submit to the Blockstation Platform or receive from Blockstation. You agree to not hold us and our respective past, present and future employees, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, equity holders, suppliers, vendors, service providers, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any misappropriation, interception, modification, deletion, destruction or use of information provided through Blockstation Platform.

All non-public information that we receive regarding current or former users is held in the strictest confidence,  and is not disclosed to others outside Blockstation except with your consent, as otherwise set forth herein or as required by law. We may disclose some or all of the information we collect, as described above, to certain non-affiliated third-parties such as attorneys, accountants, auditors and persons or entities who assist us in our business or who are assessing our compliance with industry standards, rules and regulations. At your direction, we may share certain information with related or affiliated entities or third parties who assist us with providing our services including outsourced service providers located outside of the United States. We use a third-party payment processor for all payments. Blockstation does not store credit card details and instead relies on its third-party payment processor for this. We use a third-party payment processor to process payments made to us.
